Got here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Got into waitlist and when it was my turn I got to sit by the door. I did not like the seats by the door so I asked to change the seats inside which were available and empty. The black curly hair Hispanic lady who named Donna did not want to offer the seats and was giving us attitude. We insisted to change seats and were willing to wait. Then she told us to “go out” (to wait), just said these two words. We waited outside for another ten minutes while the tables were ready inside. We saw her looking at us from inside but purposely did not let us in. Thus, we waited patiently. It was quite hot outside with the heat wave. So one of us went in and she came and asked why stood inside. She said there were people waiting in line which did not make any sense since it was our turn like 15 mins ago. Her attitude is just bad and once she let us in, she shakes her head. I think she should reconsider to change her job nature and do not get into the customer related field.

There could be a little wait if you come at night, but it's worth it. The food comes out fast, and the service is fast. We were told that the entire party must be present before we can be seated, and once everyone is seated, we cannot add any additional members. It's understandable, since there's a line and other people are waiting, and you don't wanna delay either.

The Food & Service: ​The Meal: I absolutely loved the food. The boiling pots are delicious and perfectly hit the spot. ​The Staff: Once we were seated, the staff was friendly and fast, which really made up for the initial wait time. ​The Wait: We visited with a group of 9, so we had to wait about an hour for a table large enough to accommodate us. ​Logistics & Facilities: ​Parking: A major plus for this location is that there are plenty of parking spots, which makes coordinating a large group much easier. ​Facilities (Heads Up): One downside to note is the restroom situation. There is only one all-gender bathroom for the entire restaurant (which is even shared with the staff), so there can be a line. ​Verdict: Excellent food and great service that make the long wait for a large group completely worth it. Just keep the single restroom in mind!

Ordered food from here. They forgot to add any beef or meat to my taiwanese hot pot. Was just a bowl of spicy soup and tofu.

Went for lunch. Pretty small place and got lucky coming at the end of the lunch rush - it was packed! Each hot pot portion size is more than enough for a person. The hot pots were tasty and good (the Taiwanese one was definitely very spicy!). The drinks were really good. Note that lunch gets you a large iced green or black tea, but you can upgrade for a small cost to an actual drink (worth it). The one thing I did not enjoy was the addition of beef to the rice . It was... Sweet... And crispy. And squid ink black. Reminded me of leftover bits. Not enjoyable at all. I thought it would have been closer to a "lu ruo fan" - it very much the opposite. Overall, I'd definitely come back though, but just would get plain white rice. Hoping next time is better!
